The betting and gaming industry gathered at the MEO Arena in Lisbon on Thursday for the 13th edition of the SBC Awards, staged on the closing day of SBC Summit, according to SBC Americas.

Four names topped the night's results: Kaizen Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Sportradar and BetConstruct AI all walked away with two awards apiece, out of 39 categories covering leadership, player protection, payments and product development.

Former footballer Edgar Davids and broadcaster Kirsty Gallacher presented the ceremony.

SBC founder and chief executive Rasmus Sojmark said the event gave teams a chance to be recognised for work that often goes unseen, adding: "We know how much work goes into building a successful business or bringing a new product to market, and tonight was an opportunity to celebrate that together."

Kaizen Gaming held on to both Operator of the Year – Large and Sportsbook Operator of the Year, repeating its 2025 wins in those categories. Betsson Group also defended its title, taking Casino Operator of the Year for a second year running.

Among the other operator prizes, Coolbet was named Operator of the Year – Medium and Vegas Legends took the small-operator equivalent. Novibet kept hold of Innovation in Casino & Gaming Entertainment, while 1xBET retained Marketing Campaign of the Year.
