Pragmatic Play's Gates of Olympus Super Scatter has taken the number one position in EGR's Canada Slots Tracker for September, displacing its own stablemate Big Bass Splash after a run at the top.

Big Bass Splash slipped two places to fourth. Two further Pragmatic Play titles, Big Bass Bonanza and Buffalo King Megaways, each rose one spot to occupy second and third place respectively.

Pragmatic Play's overall grip on the Canadian chart eased slightly, with the studio accounting for 13 of the top 20 titles in September compared with 15 the previous month.

Play'n GO's Book of Dead was the best-placed game not produced by Pragmatic Play, sitting sixth. Games Global saw the steepest moves among the rest of the field: 12 Masks of Fire Drum Frenzy jumped eight places to 18th, while Amazing Link Zeus, also from Games Global, dropped seven to 19th. No new titles entered the Canadian top 20 during the month.

EGR compiled the Canadian rankings from 14,117 titles across 352 studios and 60 operator sites, covering Ontario, Alberta, Quebec, New Brunswick, British Columbia and the Northwest Territories.

In the United States, IGT's Cash Eruption held off rivals to remain the top-performing slot for a further month. Light & Wonder's Huff N' Even More Puff Grand stayed second, with NetEnt's Divine Fortune Gold unchanged in third.

White Hat Gaming's Yogi Bear Jackpot Royale produced the sharpest rise of the month across either market, climbing 532 places to reach 16th in the US chart. ReelPlay's Hypernova Megaways recorded the largest fall, dropping two spots to 12th.

Four titles entered the US top 20 for the first time in September, led by Red Tiger's Diamond Blitz 3, which debuted at seventh.

The US figures were drawn from 3,373 games across 192 studios and 64 sites, with EGR examining performance in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Delaware, West Virginia, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
