GR8_TECH's Chief Sales Officer Yevhen Krazhan has set out the thinking behind the company's partnership with Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho and a new white label sportsbook rollout targeting Latin America, in comments made to SBC News at SBC Summit 2026.

Mourinho joined GR8_TECH as a brand ambassador in March, taking the title of 'Chief Champion Officer'. Krazhan, who interviewed Mourinho on the supplier's podcast Bet It Drives, said the manager's record made him a natural fit for a company built around a 'platform for champions' positioning.

Krazhan said Mourinho's history of building and training championship-winning teams, and the wisdom and experience he brings, made him the ideal ambassador for a platform built around winning and champions. "He is really an ideal brand ambassador because he is the champion himself," he said.

He described the tie-up as a strong cultural match for the business, saying Mourinho's profile and energy suited the company's Champions positioning well.

GR8_TECH's presence at the Lisbon event reflected that same theme. Its stand, the Champions Arena, replaced the previous Champions Club format. Krazhan described it as a deliberate expansion rather than a rebrand, saying the move gave the stand more open space and energy, and that its growth mirrored the growth of the brand and the business.

Alongside the ambassador messaging, GR8_TECH used the summit to introduce a new white label sportsbook solution, which it is launching first in Latin America. Krazhan said the move reflects a shift in operator demand after a period dominated by turnkey products.

He said the supplier had spent the last three years focused mainly on turnkey and sports solutions, but now sees strong demand for a more sophisticated platform backed by greater operational support, such as managed services, which is driving the push into white label.

Latin America was chosen as the pilot market on the back of performance data GR8_TECH says it has already recorded there. Krazhan said the region has delivered strong conversion rates and break-even points arriving sooner than the company's business cases had projected, which informed the decision to test the white label product there before a wider rollout.

He said Latin America was picked as the initial deployment area for that reason, with plans to expand the white label offering further afterwards.

Latin America sits alongside Africa among the markets GR8_TECH regards as its priority emerging regions. Krazhan said the supplier's approach to such markets depends on close attention to local payment habits, sports content preferences and casino and bonus gamification tools, rather than treating every territory with a single standardised product.

He said the region had shown that good conversion depends on a more operational, volume-driven approach rather than technology alone, and that the lessons learned there could be replicated in other macro-regions as GR8_TECH expands its emerging-market footprint.
